Rare print of letters of recommendations from rabbis of Italy, France and Holland, asking to assist Rabbi David Atias, the rabbinic messenger of Miknas, and support the Jewish community of Miknas from the suffering and taxes burdening them.
It includes letters from the Rabbis of Livorno, among them Rabbi Shlomo Malach and Rabbi Matisyahu Halevi Zechus, Av Beis Din of Alessandria Di La Palia, the Rabbis of Paris, headed by Rabbi Avraham di Colonia, and a long letter from Rabbi Shmuel Bernstein, Av Beis Din of Amsterdam.
The letter is written in Hebrew, Italian, French and Dutch.
