A Judicial Decision -Morocco - signed by the holy Kabbalist R. Israel Abuchatzeira – the Baba Sali

Ruling on a dispute from the Rabbinical Court in Arpud , Morocco with the approval of the holy Rabbi Yisrael Abuchatzeira from the time he served as Av Beit Din of Erfud and the surroundings.

The ruling was written and signed by the judges of his court, Rabbi Makhluf Fadidya and Rabbi Shimon Asbag, and was transferred for the approval of the Baba Sali zt "l.

In the year 1940, the Baba Sali responded to the appeal of the community of Erfud and agreed to receive the position of chief rabbi in their city, which included sixteen towns nearby. He was revealed for his great scholarship in Halachic matters as well as his kabbalistic knowledge. (see Maor Israel chapter Arfud and its surroundings).
