Handwritten on paper. In overall good condition with new luxurious leather binding

21leaves, 30cm , leaves 3-14 are from an early Yemnite script 15-16th century , the other missing leaves were replaced and completed by the hand of Rabbi Moray Yachya Kapach

. Rabbi Yachya Kapach (1850-1932) was from the prominent Yemenite scholars in the previous generation was sought to lead his followers to follow the halachic opnion of the Ramba”m and the Rasa”g resisiting the Kabbale doctrine
