Rabbi Yaakov of Lissa's Sfarim earned him world fame and until today he is referred to as 'The Nesivess' or as ' The Chavas Daas'
The present leaf contains original autograph passages from his well-known work, Netivot Hamishpat, on Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat 255:1,2,3. We did not make a close comparison between the manuscript and the printed text, however a very apparent difference is found in 255:2.
Rabbi Yaakov of Lissa's Sfarim earned him world fame and until today he is referred to as 'The Nesivess' or as ' The Chavas Daas' .Other important sfarim by Rabbi Yaakov of Lissa inckude Mikor Chaim on Hilchoth Pesach, Siddur Derech Ha-Chaim, Torat Gittin on Tractate Gittin, and many more.
