A letter of recommendation by Rabbi Rabbi Mordechai Rokach Av Beit Din of Bilgoraj. All in his handwriting, signed and stamped.

Rabbi Mordechai Rokach of Bilgoraj (1902-1950) was the son of Rabbi Yissachar Dov of Belz, from his youth he was known for his rare talents. He was accepted in 1927 as a rabbi in Bilgoraj but accepted upon himself the reign of his older brother Rabbi Aharon of Belz with whom he escaped during the Holocaust.

His son is the present Belzer Rebbe.
