Certificate of 'chaver' written by the Admor Rabbi Ze'ev Wolf Cytran Av Beit Din of Darag

A certificate and letter written by Rabbi Ze'ev Wolf Cytran, Av Beit Din of Darag, son-in-law of Rabbi Shmuel Frankel of Darag, author of Imrei Shefer.

The certificate from 1894, all in his own handwriting, signature and stamp, few tears without loss – exrtremely important.

Rabbi Ze'ev Wolf Tzitran Av Beit Din of Darag was born in the year 1857. He studied with Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet and at the age of twenty he married the daughter of Rabbi Shmuel Frankel. After his father-in-law’s demise he served in his place at the young age of twenty-four years old as Admor of Darag. He served for 46 years until his demise on the first day of Passover after he celebrated the Passover Seder with great enthusiasm. The day of his death was on his birthday and the words of Chazal are fulfilled that God completes the years of the righteous from day to day.
