Commentary on Sefer Ovadia authored by Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech Shapira of Dinov, known as the “Bnei Yissaschar.”

The second part of the sefer includes “Hanhagas Adam”, detailing the holy practices of the Bnei Yissaschar for those who wish to follow his sacred path.

In the colophon at the end of sefer Ovadia, his son Rabbi Shmuel writes that this sefer is just a sample of the Bnei Yissaschar’s commentary on Tanach taken from his manuscript.

The Bnei Yissaschar (1783-1841) was an Admor to thousands, and a holy Torah leader. He was a renowned author of Chassidic sefarim. His sefarim are fundamental Chassidic texts and are filled with his deep knowledge in all areas of Torah.

This first edition was published in Lemberg, 1848.
