Shemirah Sefer  “Yesod Yitzchak” Authored by the Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Eizek Shochet of Zurawicz

Rabbi of Belz the Sar Shalom said that this Sefer in the House is a Shmirah and Protectioמ against sickness

Important endorsements are included at the beginning of the sefer, including a
rare endorsement from the “Ketzos HaChoshen.” There are few other known endorsements from him.

Part One: Kabbalistic homilies regarding bris milah and the learning done the night before.
Part Two: “Halichos Olam:” A collection of cautionary advice beginning with the words, “A person should always take care…”

Rabbi Yitzchak Eizek commanded that his writings be buried with him. When the Yismach Moshe heard this, he instructed that his manuscripts quickly be copied over.

Rabbi Yitzchak Eizek Shochet (1735-1783) served as the shochet u’bodek in the village of Zurowica. He was renowned as a tzaddik and the rabbis of his time attested that he would give a rectification to the souls that were incarnated in the animal while slaughtering. In their letters of endorsement, many rabbis extol and praise him as a tzaddik and great Kabbalist. He authored Raza M’Heimena and Osiyos D’Rabbi Yitzchak.
