Fascinating Halachic Response from the Maharsha"m; Brezhany, 1897

Interesting response regarding practical Halacha from Rabbi Shalom Mordechai HaCohen Schwadron, addressed to Rabbi Yosef HaCohen Schwartz, author of Yalkut Yosef.

The situation in question regards a man suffering from paralysis where both hands were equally weak; upon which hand should such a person put on his Tefillin?
The beginning and end of the response are handwritten by the Maharsha"m himself.

Rabbi Shalom Mordechai HaCohen Schwadron (1835 – 1911), known as the Maharsha"m, was renowned as one of the greatest respondents of his time. Complicated Halachic questions were regularly directed to him, and already in his youth, the Shaul U’Meishiv looked upon him as his spiritual successor. The Maharsha"m served as Rabbi of of Brezhany. He remained in Brezhany for thirty years until his passing.
